The Small Business shall receive as compensation of a fee of $5 per participant for services rendered at the request Movement. Payment due on the first day of the subsequent month. The Small Business will provide Vote By Mail Enrollment information at their establishment. At the request of Movement Labs, The Small Business will provide a QR code for their brick & mortal business, collect as many vote by mail enrollment as patrons attend their establishment.

The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date, and shall terminate two weeks after the Effective Date: (i) DATE.
Movement Labs may terminate this Agreement at any time, without cause and without penalty via written notice.
